Jim Flaherty has been Chief Administrative Officer of the CSI since January 2008. Jim served as CSI's Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2007. Prior to joining the company he served as the CFO for four publicly traded companies. He received his bachelor's degree in public accounting from Loyola University in Chicago and began his professional career as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Jim has extensive experience in securing corporate financing, executing initial public offerings and managing acquisitions.
